Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by starting a return or cancellation request through your account at: https://shopify.com/106528571726/account
Returning Items
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless we have stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping cost. If you chose a premium delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom or personalised items
